Meeting with their clients who desired new custom homes, I listened carefully & drew plans & 3-D sketches together with them for their immediate feedback. Within a few hours, we had buildable solutions.
Then Osprey owner Reid Lance Rosenthal met with the clients & me to give his suggestions to help reign in costs. His clients got their custom homes. Then I soon got Reid the permit-doc's & he a client he could profit from. Since then, I've refined this method.

Project example:The above photos and more in Gallery are a design for a builder named Judd, his own 4800 sq. ft. family’s home on Stamford, CT’s shoreline. Together, we developed and drew preliminary plans, elevations, and 3-D sketches in three 8-hour working sessions. I produced contract docs in six weeks. My references are available on Google.
